Ripcord
1.100 | 2.200| 3.300 dtex flat or twisted

Easy and Safe Cable Opening
Essential for cable assembly and protection, our ripcords allow fast and safe removal of the outer jacket without damaging the internal conductors.
Manufactured with high-resistance materials, they ensure cable integrity throughout the installation process.
-
Application: Used in power and communication cables, increasing strength and durability.
-
Options: Flat or twisted (red, blue, etc.), polyester or aramid.
Binder - With and Without Water Block
Tying and Stabilizing of Internal Components:

The binder is a tying yarn used to organize and secure the internal components of optical cables, ensuring structural stability, mechanical protection, and ease of handling. Manufactured in polyester, with treatment options for moisture blocking.
-
Application: Essential for preserving the integrity of optical elements, the binder contributes to the durability and performance of the cables in various conditions.
-
Options: Water Block finish, Super Low Shrinkage (Super pre-shrunk with less than 0.5% contraction), with one or two ends.
Fiberglass with PU and/or WB Reinforcement and Protection in High-Voltage Environments

Non-metallic material with high resistance and corrosion protection, ideal for cable reinforcement in high-voltage environments. Fiberglass is used for structural reinforcement with finishing options in PU and/or Water Block.
-
Application: Provides structural stability and corrosion resistance.
-
Options: Finishing in PU and/or Water Block. Thicknesses of 600 Tex, 785 Tex, and 1200 Tex.
Water Block Tapes
Superior Protection Against Water Infiltration

Tapes designed to block the penetration and propagation of water in optical cables. Composed of super-absorbent materials, they expand quickly upon contact with moisture, ensuring efficient protection and preserving the integrity of the cable.
-
Applications: Optical Fiber and Energy Cables
-
Options: Jumbo, PAD / Panela / Pizza, Spool / Bobbin, Thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 0.30 mm, Water Block options for saltwater
FRP

FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) is a lightweight, non-conductive composite material used as a reinforcement element in optical cables. It provides high mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and protection against external stresses, ensuring cable integrity under various usage conditions.
-
Application: Used in telecommunications and energy cables.
-
Options: From 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm. Aramid availability upon request.
Aluminized Tapes
Barrier Against Moisture and Electromagnetic Protection

Provide a barrier against moisture and electromagnetic protection, essential for cables that require additional protection against interference and adverse environmental conditions.
-
Application: Used in telecommunications and energy cables.
-
Options: Aluminum and Polyester composition; Wide range of thicknesses; Available in blue, other colors upon request.
Semi-Conductive Tapes
rotection Against Electrical Discharges in High-Voltage Cables

Offer additional protection against electrical discharges and water penetration, essential for high-voltage cables. They ensure cable safety and durability in critical applications.
-
Application: Used in telecommunications and energy cables.
-
Options: With and Without Water Block; With Water Block 0.30 mm; Without Water Block 0.10 mm, 0.12 mm, and 0.14 mm; Raw Material: Nylon (semi-conductive) and PET for the semi-conductive with Water Block.
PET Tapes

Polyester tape, known as PET tape, short for polyethylene terephthalate, is widely used for organizing electrical wires. In addition to acting as a bundling element, it offers excellent performance in insulation and tying functions, ensuring safety and durability in installations.
-
Application: Used in energy cables.
-
Options: From 0.018 mm to 0.1 mm thickness, minimum width of 5 mm. Available in PAD or Spool format.
